BEARING THE REGISTRANT'S NAME AND THE LEGEND "REGISTERED
PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR" OR "REGULAR PROPERTY LINE
SURVEYOR" AS THE CASE MAY BE. THIS SEAL IS FOR THE
PERSONAL USE OF THE REGISTRANT ONLY. PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, PLATS, AND REPORTS PREPARED BY A
REGISTRANT SHALL BE STAMPED WITH THE SEAL OR ITS
FACSIMILE AMD SIGNED BY THE REGISTRANT WHEN ISSUED TO ANY
CLIENTS OR WHEN FILED WITH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES DURING THE
LIFE OF THE REGISTRANT'S CERTIFICATE. ANY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, PLATS, AND RECORDS THAT ARE NOT SEALED
AND SIGNED MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED BY ANY PUBLIC AUTHORITY.
332.
(A) THE BOARD MAY ISSUE A TEMPORARY PERMIT TO
PRACTICE LAND SURVEYING TO A PERSON WHO IS NOT A RESIDENT
Of AND DOES NOT HAVE A PLACE OF BUSINESS IN THIS STATE IF
THE PERSON IS LEGALLY QUALIFIED BY REGISTRATION TO
PRACTICE LAND SURVEYING IN HIS OWN STATE. THE PERSON
SHALL MAKE APPLICATION TO THE BOARD IN WRITING, AND,
AFTER PAYMENT OF A FEE OF $25, MAY BE GRANTED A WRITTEN
PERMIT FOR A DEFINITE TIME LIMIT NOT TO EXCEED ONE YEAR
TO DO A SPECIFIC JOB. HOWEVER, THE RIGHT TO PRACTICE
LAND SURVEYING DOES NOT ACCRUE TO THE APPLICANT WITH
RESPECT TO ANY WORK NOT SET FORTH IN THE PERMIT. A
PERSON MAY NOT HOLD MORE THAN ONE TEMPORARY PERMIT AT THE
SAME TIME. A PERSON MAY NOT HOLD MORE THAN ONE TEMPORARY
PERMIT IN ANY TWO CONSECUTIVE YEARS.
(E) A TEMPORARY PERMIT SHALL EXPIRE WITHIN 30 DAYS
AFTER THE DATE OF ISSUE UNLESS THE HOLDER HAS APPLIED FOR
REGISTRATION IN THIS STATE DURING THE 30-DAY PERIOD. IN
SUCH CASES, THE PERMIT SHALL BE VALID UNTIL THE BOARD HAS
ACTED ON THE APPLICATION. A TEMPORARY PERMIT IS NOT
VALID FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE, AND
IS NOT VALID IF THE OUT-OF-STATE REGISTRATION ON WHICH IT
IS BASED HAS LAPSED OR HAS BEEN SUSPENDED OR REVOKED.
333.
THE PRACTICE OF OR OFFER TO PRACTICE LAND SURVEYING
FOR OTHERS AS DEFINED BY INDIVIDUAL LAND SURVEYORS
REGISTERED UNDER THIS ARTICLE THROUGH A CORPORATION AS
OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, OR THROUGH A PARTNERSHIP
AS PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, OR THE
OFFERING OR RENDERING OF LAND SURVEYING SERVICES BY A
CORPORATION OR PARTNERSHIP THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LAND
SURVEYORS REGISTERED UNDER THIS ARTICLE IS PERMITTED,
SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE; PROVIDED THAT
NO SUCH CORPORATION OR PARTNERSHIP SHALL BE RELIEVED OF
RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONDUCT OR ACTS OF ITS AGENTS,
EMPLOYEES OR OFFICERS BY REASON OF ITS COMPLIANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, NOR SHALL ANY INDIVIDUAL
PRACTICING LAND SURVEYING AS DEFINED BE RELIEVED OF
RESPONSIBILITY FOR LAND SURVEYING SERVICES PERFORMED BY
REASON OF HIS EMPLOYMENT OR RELATIONSHIP WITH SUCH
