LAWS OF MARYLAND
AS THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATION COUNCIL DIRECTS,
AND IN ORDER TO CARRY OUT THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OF HIS OFFICE. (B)           THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS'         COORDINATOR SHALL
SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT TO THE GOVERNOR, THE ATTORNEY
GENERAL, THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS'
COORDINATION COUNCIL, AND THE MARYLAND STATE'S ATTORNEYS'
ASSOCIATION, INC. ON THE ACTIVITIES OF HIS OFFICE TOGETHER WITH ANY RECOMMENDATION HE DEEMS ADVISABLE CONCERNING THE STATE PROSECUTORIAL FUNCTION AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE. (C)          THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATOR SHALL MEET
AND CONFER REGULARLY WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE
STATE'S ATTORNEYS, AND THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS'
COORDINATION COUNCIL. 41C. STAFF; COOPERATION OF OTHER STATE UNITS. THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATOR MAY APPOINT AND
EMPLOY THE PROFESSIONAL AND CLERICAL STAFF AS APPROVED BY
THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATION COUNCIL AND AS
PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET. TO THE EXTENT PRACTICABLE,
ALL UNITS OF STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL COOPERATE
WITH THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATOR AND HIS STAFF IN
THE DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTIES. 41D. STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATION COUNCIL CREATION;
COMPOSITION.
(A) THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS' COORDINATION COUNCIL IS
CREATED. IT CONSISTS OF:
(1) THE ATTORNEY GENERAL; (2) THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FOR BALTIMORE CITY; (3)    THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FOR BALTIMORE
COUNTY; (4)    THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FOR ANNE ARUNDEL
COUNTY; (5)    THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FOR PRINCE GEORGE'S
COUNTY; (6)    THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FOR MONTGOMERY
COUNTY;
(7)          THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FROM EITHER HOWARD,
CARROLL, OR HARFORD COUNTY WHO IS CHOSEN BY A MAJORITY
VOTE OF THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS OF THESE COUNTIES; (8)          THE STATE'S ATTORNEY FROM EITHER ST.
MARY'S, CHARLES, OR CALVERT COUNTY WHO IS CHOSEN BY A
MAJORITY VOTE OF THE STATE'S ATTORNEYS OF THESE COUNTIES;
