Department of Economic and Community Development —
St. Mary's City Commission - Grant for construction of a
typical 17th century domestic dwelling for use as an
exhibit building, $80,000, Section 5J2 of Chapter 886 and
found on page 3651 of the Laws of 1975; The
aforementioned items are described by reference, but
every such reference shall be deemed to include the full
description of the item as set forth in the respective
sections of Chapter 886 of the Laws of 1975. There shall
be allowed an additional period of two years beginning on
the effective date of this Act, for placing the
aforementioned projects under contract. If said
projects, or any of them shall not have beer placed under
contract within a period of two years beginning on the
effective date of this Act, then, as to any such project
not so placed under contract, it shall be deemed to have
been abandoned, and the other provisions of Section 10 of
Chapter 886 of the Laws of 1975 shall be fully effective
as to such project.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1977.
