of 1973, as amended by Chapter 563 of the Acts of
1975, said section relating to the time by which
projects contained in the General Construction Loan
of 1973 must be placed under contract insofar as the
provisions of said section relate to an item
contained in Chapter 195 of the Acts of 1973 for the
Division of Correction for design and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for construction
of a maximum security institution; to an item in
said act for Maryland State Police for acquisition
of land and preparation of preliminary plans and
specifications for construction of the Golden Ring
Barracks; to an item in said act for Morgan State
University for installation of street lighting for
South Campus; to an item in said act for the
Department of Economic and Community Development for
St. Mary's City Commission for preparation of
preliminary plans and specifications for
construction of a visitors center complex; to waive
the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 886 of the
Acts of 1975, said section relating to the time by
which projects contained in the General Construction
Loan of 197 5 must be placed under contract, insofar
as the provisions of said section relate to an item
contained in Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975 for
Board of Public Works for State's share for site
acquisition, design and preparation of detailed
plans and specifications for the construction of a
multi—service center in Centreville. Queen Anne's
County; to an item in said act for Board of Public
Works for acquisition of site (approximately 2 1/2
acres) design and preparation of detailed plans and
specifications for construction of a District Court
Building in Baltimore City; to an item in said act
for Board of Public Works for renovation of the Old
School Hall building in St. Mary's County; to an
item in said act for Military Department for
acquisition of land and planning and preparation of
detailed plans and specifications for Frederick
Armory; to an item in said act for Department of
Natural Resources, Park Service Administration,
Cedarville State Park, for design and construction
of contact station park office, visitor center,
utility and site improvements; to an item in said
act for Department of Natural Resources, Park
Service Administration, Elk Neck - Black Hill Ranger
Station, for planning and preparation of preliminary
plans and specifications for construction of
addition to the office, storage building, service
yard and utilities; to an item in said act for
Department of Natural Resources, Park Service
Administration, Herrington Manor State Park, for
construction of concession building; to an item in
said act for Department of Natural Resources, Park
Service Administration, Janes Island State Park, for
design and construction of shore erosion control
measures in the Hodson area; to an item in said act
