CHAPTER 704
(Senate Bill 325)
AN ACT concerning
Maryland Home Finance Authority
FOR the purpose of repealing, in its entirety, the
Maryland Home Finance Authority.
BY repealing
Article 41 — Governor — Executive and
Administrative Departments
Sections 460 through 475, inclusive, and the
subtitle "46 Maryland Home Finance Act"
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 460 through 475, inclusive, and
the subtitle "46 Maryland Home Finance Act" of Article 41
- Governor — Executive and Administrative Departments, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

CHAPTER 705
(Senate Bill 336)
AN ACT concerning
Health Services Cost Review Commission - Rates
FOR the purpose of providing that certain provisions of
law are effective after a certain date if an
agreement is reached between the Health Services
Cost Review Commission and the Medical Assistance
Program to make Medicaid payments to certain related
institutions at rates established by the Commission.
