SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
5(D)(4)(a)(1) of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975 be and
it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
Purchase and renovation or con-
struction of five or more Youth
Residences AND STRUCTURED SHEL-
TERED CARE RESIDENCES (third in-
crement):
Purchase and renovation and/or
construction and site improve-
ments................................... 505,000
Equipment........................................22,200
SECTION 13. 14. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
except as otherwise provided in this Act, no Department,
board, commission, agency or institution of State
government shall enter into an agreement with any
political subdivision of the State in which the
subdivision is authorized to make expenditures in support
of any project listed in this Act when the expenditures
are contingent upon future General Assembly
appropriations. This restriction also applies to
contingency agreements in support of those projects
listed in the General Construction Loans of 1973, 1974,
1975 and 1976, which have not been approved by the Board
of Public Works on the effective date of this Act.
SECTION 11. 14. 15. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect June 1, 1977.
