they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

A Board of Public Works
1 Annapolis (Anne Arundel County):
(b) [Acquisition of land and parking
garage currently under construc-
tion by Anne Arundel County at
Washington, Clay and Calvert
Streets, Annapolis for the pur-
pose of providing the State with
additional parking and making
available to Anne Arundel County,
at the State's convenience, 300
parking spaces, more or less.
Upon approval of an agreement
to purchase the land and park-
ing garage from Anne Arundel
County at a price not to exceed
$5,600,000, the appropriation
made by Chapter 195 of the Acts
of 1973 providing $1,000,000 as
the State's share of acquisition
and construction of a parking
structure, is amended to auth-
orize that appropriation to be
used for the acquisition of land
and the parking garage as set
forth in this appropriation. Any
agreement making available 300
