AN ACT concerning
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
(Payment of Charges When Property Acquired by
Government)
MC/PG 57-77
FOR the purpose of exempting the Housing Opportunities
Commission of Montgomery County from the requirement
of extinguishing front foot benefit charges at the
time of conveyance of land to it; requiring the
County Council of Montgomery County certain
circumstances to authorize and__appropriate certain
funds by a certain date; and requiring the County
Executive of Montgomery County to pay the
appropriated funds to the Washington Suburban
Sanitary Commission.
