|
Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in
this section, any funds encumbered prior to July 1, 1973
in the items being repealed as of July 1, 1973, or
encumbered prior to July 1, 1974 in the item being
repealed as of July 1, 1974, shall not be repealed and it
is the expressed intent that the unencumbered balances in
said repealed items as of the date of repeal shall be
transferred to and be available for the appropriations
initially authorized on July 1, 1973 or on July 1, 1974.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION TO THE CONTRARY IN
THIS SECTION, ANY FUNDS ENCUMBERED PRIOR TO JULY 1, 1977
IN THE ITEMS BEING REPEALED AS OF JULY 1, 1977 SHALL NOT
BE REPEALED AND IT IS THE EXPRESSED INTENT THAT THE
UNENCUMBERED BALANCES IN SAID REPEALED ITEMS AS OF JULY
1, 1977 SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO AND BE AVAILABLE FOR THE
APPROPRIATIONS INITIALLY AUTHORIZED ON JULY 1, 1977.
11D.
That, for the fiscal year 1973, of the funds
appropriated by Section 5, of this Act, there shall be
allocated (1) $13,000,000 of the funds available for and
to be used exclusively toy the subdivisions hereunder, and
(2) $13,000,000 of the funds available for and to be used
exclusively by State agencies hereunder, to be allocated
in the following amounts for the following projects:
State Parks
(1) Patapsco (Baltimore, Anne
Arundel, Howard and Carroll
Counties):
Land acquisition (approximately
400 acres but not to exceed 10,076
acres)............................$ 1,000,000
(2) Gunpowder (Baltimore County):
(a) Land acquisition (approximately
650 acres but not to exceed 11,600
acres)..............................$ 800,000
(b) Acquisition of additional land
adjacent to Loch Raven
Reservoir (approximately 1,000

(3) Seneca (Montgomery County) :
