SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 103A(a), (b), (g), and (h),
103B(a) and (d), 103C(a), (b), and (c), 103D(a), (b) and
(c), 103F(a) and (b), and 103J(e) of Article 41 —
Governor Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, and that new Sections
103A(b-1), 103B(e), and 103C(e) be and they are hereby
added to this Article and Code; and all to read as
follows: new Sections 10C(a) (8), and (9) and (10) be and
they are hereby added to Article 41 - Governor —
Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:
