(a) The Board may refuse to grant a license to an
applicant, may reprimand a licensee or place him on
probation, or it may suspend or revoke a license on any
of the following grounds:
(6) The practice of physical therapy other
than under the written or verbal order of a physician
licensed to practice medicine and surgery, [or] a
licensed dentist, OR A LICENSED PODIATRIST;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 46(d) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
