SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 13(m) and 84(g) be and they are hereby added to
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
to read as follows:

13.
(M) IN KENT COUNTY, THE ANNUAL FEE FOR A SEVEN DAY
CLASS A BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE IS $350.
84.
(G) IN KENT COUNTY, THE HOURS FOR EXERCISING THE
PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY A SEVEN DAY, CLASS A (OFF-SALE)
BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE ARE:
(1) SIX DAYS - 6:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. A.M.
THE FOLLOWING DAY.
(2) SUNDAY - 9:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M. A.M. THE
FOLLOWING DAY.
