AN ACT concerning
Alcoholic Beverage Licensees - Causes for Revocation
PG 317-77
FOR the purpose of adding certain causes for the
revocation of alcoholic beverage licenses in Prince
George's County; and generally relating to the
revocation of alcoholic beverage licenses in Prince
George's County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 69(f) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 23 - Alcoholic Beverages
69.
(f) (1) In Prince George's County,
notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, but
in addition thereto the board of license commissioners
may suspend any license issued under the provisions of
this article for a minimum period of 30 days for;
(i) Any conviction of the licensee of
a violation in or on the licensed premises of any of the
provisions of this article concerning an illegal sale of
alcoholic beverages on Sunday, or for two or more
convictions of different clerks, agents, employees or
servants of a licensee under the provisions of this
article for a violation in or on the licensed premises of
any of the provisions of this article concerning an
illegal sale of alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
