MARVIN MANDEL, Governor                               2463 (3)    THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IS AUTHORIZED TO
PROSECUTE ALL CIVIL CASES ARISING HEREUNDER WHICH ARE
REFERRED TO HIS BY THE COMMISSIONER. (4)    ANY WAGES FOUND TO BE UNLAWFULLY
WITHHELD AND RECOVERED FROM AN EMPLOYER SHALL BE PAID TO
THE EMPLOYEE ENTITLED THERETO WITHOUT COST TO THE
EMPLOYEE. (5) THE COMMISSIONER SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED
TO PAY FILING FEES OR COSTS OF ANY NATURE IN CONNECTION
WITH ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING UNDER THIS SECTION.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved May 17, 1977.
CHAPTER 554 (House Bill 1433) AN ACT concerning Howard County Election Board FOR the purpose of altering the minimum salary of the
President and associate members of the Howard County
Board of Elections. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 33 - Election Code Section 2-3(a)(14) Annotated Coda of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-3(a)(14) of Article 33 -
Election Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows: Article 33 — Election Code 2-3. (a) Each member of the boards of the several
political subdivisions of the State shall receive an
annual salary of not less than the following amounts: (14) Howard County:         President, [$2,400]
