SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect January 1, 1979. Approved May 17, 1977.
CHAPTER 542 (House Bill 1311) AN ACT concerning Capital Revolving Fund for
Historic Preservation FOR the purpose of permitting the Capital Revolving Fund
for Historic Preservation to be used for loans to
individuals who have been rejected for a private loan only after the Board of Public Works has determined that private financing cannot be otherwise obtained; providing for the interest rate for such loans; and providing that the property must be designated as historical by certain organizations. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 41 — Governor — Executive and Administrative Departments Section 181-I-1(a) Annotated Code of Maryland (1571 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
