(7) PROCEEDINGS UNDER §§264 OR 297 OF ARTICLE 27
FOR THE FORFEITURE OR RETURN OF MONEYS INVOLVED IN A
GAMBLING OR CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES SEIZURE WHERE
THE AMOUNT INVOLVED, EXCLUDING ANY INTEREST, DOES NOT
EXCEED $5,000.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall apply to all such proceedings pending as of June 1,
1977 or thereafter instituted.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1977.

CHAPTER 539 (House Bill 1276) AN ACT concerning Somerset County — Fishing and Docking FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Commissioners
of Somerset County to regulate fishing from certain
bridges in Somerset County and to regulate docking
and mooring of boats in the county with certain
exceptions. BY adding to Article 25 — County Commissioners Section 11C Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 11C be and it is hereby added
to Article 25 - County Commissioners, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume and 1976
Supplement) to read as follows: Article 25 - County Commissioners 11C. (A)    THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SOMERSET COUNTY
MAY REGULATE FISHING FROM ANY COUNTY BRIDGE IN SOMERSET
COUNTY, INCLUDING THE LIMITATION OR PROHIBITION OF
FISHING. (B)    THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SOMERSET COUNTY
