and running thence southeasterly along the centerline of
said Ritchie Road approximately 1.1 miles to its
intersection with the Forestville Ritchie Road; thence
southwesterly along the Forestville Ritchie Road
approximately 0.15 mile to its intersection with the
dividing line between [Spalding's] SPAULDING Election
District (No. 6) and Melwood Election District (No.
15); thence along said election district dividing line
0.08 mile to its intersection with the boundary line of
the Maryland-Washington Regional District as established
in 1947; thence in a southerly direction along said
regional district boundary line approximately 4.64 miles
to its intersection with Suitland Parkway, being the
dividing line between Spalding's SPAULDING Election
District (No. 6) and Melwood Election District (No.
15); thence in a westerly direction along said parkway
approximately 0.7 mile to its intersection with Allentown
Road; thence southwesterly along said Allentown Road
approximately 6.34 miles to its intersection with the
existing metropolitan district line at Palmers Corner
thence northerly along said metropolitan district line to
the place of beginning, excepting therefrom, however, the
Town of District Heights. (f) The boundaries of the metropolitan district
are extended by the addition thereto of the following
described areas, which said areas shall hereafter become
integral portions of the metropolitan district: (2) All of the [Spaulding's] SPAULDING
Election District (No. 6) not previously included within
said metropolitan district excluding, however, the
municipal corporation of District Heights. 5-105.1. (d) (2) Any displaced person eligible for
payments under subsection (d) (1) of this section who is
displaced from a dwelling and who elects to accept the
payments authorized by this subsection in lieu of payment
authorized by subsection (d) (1) may receive a moving
expense allowance, determined according to a schedule
established by the Commission, not to exceed [$300; and]
$300, AND a dislocation allowance of $200. 6-102. (j) (2) As used in this subsection, the
following words have the meanings indicated: (C) "Revenue" or "revenues" mean the
gross or net return which the Commission initially
estimates it will receive and which it, in fact, receives
from the operation of any facility, including rentals
contracted for and received with respect to any facility
leased by the Commission to a private person or to
another public agency. The words do not include any
funds of the Commission derived by it from a source other
