should be "Spaulding"; and in paragraph (2) of subsection
(f) of the same section and Article "Spaulding's" should
be "Spaulding". In sub-subsection (2) of subsection (d) in §5—105.1,
added in Article 66D by Chapter 857, Acts of 1976, the
semicolon following "not to exceed $300" should be a
comma. The last sentence in paragraph (C) in sub-subsection
(2) of subsection (j) , added in §6-102 of Article 66D by
Chapter 846, Acts of 1976, begins "These provisions are
not be construed". We are adding "to" preceding "be
construed". In the phrase "if the buildings are more that one
story in height" in the second paragraph in §8-118 of
Article 66D, as amended by Chapter 857, Acts of 1976,
"that" should be "than"; now, therefore, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 3-102 (a), (e)(4), and (f)(2),
5-10 5.1(d)(2), 6-102(j)(2)(C), and 8-118 of Article 66D -
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: Article 66D — Maryland—National Capital
Park and Planning 3-102. (a) The boundaries of the metropolitan district
are as follows: Beginning at a point where the Maryland-District of
Columbia boundary line, in Montgomery County, intersects
with the Maryland—Virginia boundary line on the southwest
side of the Potomac River and running thence in a
northwesterly direction about 12.5 miles along the said
boundary line to its intersection with a straight line
produced southwesterly from the intersection of the
centers of Falls Road and the road running westerly and
northwesterly from Scotland, at Wayside School, through
Oak Spring Lock Triangulation Station; thence
northeasterly about 5.3 miles along the aforesaid
straight line extended to its intersection with a line
300 feet east of and parallel to the center of Seven
Locks Road; thence southerly about 0.1 mile along the
aforesaid line to its intersection with a line 300 feet
north of and parallel to the center of the Montrose Road,
which road runs generally easterly from Seven [Lock]
LOCKS Road to Randolph; thence easterly about 2.7 miles
along the aforesaid line to its intersection with a line
300 feet southwest of and parallel to the center of the
Rockville—Washington Road; thence northwesterly about 2.3
miles along the aforesaid line to its intersection with
