Section 13-625(c) and (g)(1)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 13-625 (c) and (g)(1) of Article
- Transportation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As
enacted by Chapter 14 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1377) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article — Transportation
13-625.
(c) Each application under this section shall be
accompanied by evidence that the transporter:
(1) Is engaged in the business of
transporting new motor vehicles, new or used trailers, or
mobile construction equipment;
(2) Is subject to at least two written
contracts under which the transporter is to repair,
