SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 19 (f-1/2) of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it
is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
19.
(f—1/2) (1) In Frederick County the annual fee for
such a license is [fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500)]
$1,500 for a restaurant and [fifteen hundred dollars
($1,500)] $1,500 for a hotel.
