(B)    THE EXAMINATION SHALL TEST PROFICIENCY IN THE
FOLLOWING TECHNIQUES: (1)    PURE TONE AUDIOMETRY INCLUDING AIR AND
BONE CONDUCTION TESTING AND RECORDING. (2)    RECORDED SPEECH AUDIOMETRY, INCLUDING
SPEECH RECEPTION, THRESHOLD TESTING AND SPEECH
DISCRIMINATION TESTING. (3)    THEORY AND PRACTICE OF MASKING
METHODOLOGY. (4)    SELECTION AND ADAPTATION OF HEARING AIDS
AND TESTING OF AIDS. (5)    BASIC REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF AIDS. (6)    TAKING EAR MOLD IMPRESSIONS. (7)    OTHER SKILLS AS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THE
FITTING OF BEARING AIDS. (C)    NO EXAMINATION OF ANY ESTABLISHED ASSOCIATION
OF HEARING AID DEALERS OR MANUFACTURERS MAY BE USED.
EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE CHANGED ANNUALLY.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved May 17, 1977.
CHAPTER 420 (House Bill 393) AN ACT concerning Public Education - Buses for the Elderly FOR the purpose of encouraging the use of public school
buses for transporting certain persons for certain
purposes under certain conditions; authorizing
county boards of education to provide use of school
buses for these purposes; and authorizing counties
to include in their budgets moneys to contract with
the county boards of education for the use of school
buses. BY adding to
Article 77 — Public Education
