CUSTOMERS; AND
(VII) (VI) EVIDENCE OF SUFFICIENT
FIDELITY, FORGERY, AND OTHER APPROPRIATE INSURANCE TO
PROTECT THE INTEREST OF THE ASSOCIATION AT THE TERMINAL.
(3) THE DIRECTOR SHALL PUBLISH A NOTICE OF
THE FILING AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE DOCUMENTS LAW.
(D) ALL TRANSACTIONS INITIATED THROUGH AN
ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION TERMINAL SHALL BE
SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE ASSOCIATION THROUGH DIRECT
WIRE TRANSMISSION OR IN SOME OTHER BANNER.
(E) (1) THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MAY ADOPT
RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER
COMMUNICATION TERMINALS.
(2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY RULES AND
REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, THE DIRECTOR
MAY APPROVE AN APPLICATION IF HE FINDS THAT THE PROPOSED
TERMINAL WILL PROMOTE THE PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVENIENCE,
AND ADVANTAGE AND WILL BE OPERATED EFFICIENTLY, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE.
(F) AN ASSOCIATION THAT PARTICIPATES IN OR
ESTABLISHES AND MAINTAINS AN ELECTRONIC CUSTOMER
COMMUNICATION TERMINAL SHALL SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION ANY
REPORTS ABOUT OPERATION OF THE TERMINAL THAT THE DIRECTOR
REQUIRES.
(G) ANY APPLICANT OR PROTESTING ASSOCIATION
AGGRIEVED BY ACTION OR INACTION OF THE DIRECTOR UNDER
THIS SECTION MAY APPEAL AS PROVIDED IN §161H OF THIS
ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
