AN ACT concerning
Motor Fuel Inspection Law - Enforcement
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Comptroller to use
various testing methods for the analysis of certain
fuel products regulated under the Motor Fuel
Inspection Law; requiring compliance with such
specifications by certain persons; repealing an
obsolete notice provision; authorizing the
Comptroller to order the halt of any illegal sale or
distribution of petroleum products; authorizing the
Comptroller to adopt emergency specifications for
certain products in an emergency situation;
requiring precautions to insure against inferior
specifications; authorizing the Comptroller to
require the posting of emergency specifications
under certain conditions; and clarifying language.
