taxation only, real property owned by the Maryland
Jaycees, Inc., (otherwise known as Maryland State Junior
Chamber of Commerce, Inc.,) and used as the principal
office of the organization [.]; AND (2) FROM COUNTY AND
CITY TAXATION, REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
FOLLOWING CLUBS AND ASSOCIATIONS AND NOT USED FOR
COMMERCIAL PURPOSES:
(I) PRICE COMMUNITY CLUE, INC.;
(II) RUTHSBURG COMMUNITY CLUB, INC.;
(III) SUDLERSVILLE COMMUNITY BETTERMENT CLUB,
INC. ;
(IV) TEMPLEVILLE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.;
(V) INGLES IDE COMMUNITY GROUP; AND
(VI) LA SOCIETE DES QUARANTE HOMMES ET HUIT
CHEVEAU; AND
(VII) (VI) WILLIAM T. ROE MEMORIAL RANGE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
