AN ACT concerning
Wicomico County— Municipal Tax Differential
FOR the purpose of repealing the Wicomico County
exemption of certain counties to the provisions
which allow a county to provide a tax differential
to persons living in municipal corporations.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 32A(c) of Article 81 - Revenue and
Taxes, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes
32A.
(c) The provisions of this section do not apply to
Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Queen Anne's, Somerset,
Talbot[, Wicomico] and Worcester counties.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

interpreters to assist deaf persons in certain
