Compensation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1964
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 101 — Workmen's Compensation
27.
(b) The members of the medical board shall devote
as much of their time as may be required to perform the
duties and carry out the functions of the board as set
forth in this article. The chairman of the medical board
[shall receive an annual salary of $8,500] and the two
associate members of the board shall receive an annual
salary [of $8,000 each] AS PROVIDED IN THE BUDGET, and
each member of the board shall be entitled to the
reasonable and necessary traveling and other expenses
incurred while actually engaged in the performance of
their duties.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
