of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
Article — Agriculture
2-306.
(a) (1) The board has the exclusive power to
establish and alter the standards of preliminary and
professional education and training requirements of
applicants for the examination for a license.
(2) THE BOARD HAS THE EXCLUSIVE POWER TO
ESTABLISH AND ALTER THE STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENT MAY ESTABLISH AN
ANNUAL 12-HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT AS A
CONDITION TO ANY LICENSE RENEWAL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

(Senate Bill 758)
AN ACT concerning
Property Tax Assessment Appeal Boards
FOR the purpose of prohibiting certain activities by a
member of a property tax assessment appeal board;
prohibiting the acceptance of certain gifts by a
member or employee of a board; and prohibiting the
disclosure of certain information by a member or
employee.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 248(e) be and it is hereby
added to Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976
Supplement) to read as follows:
