CENTER AND TO THE EXTENT OF THAT
PART OF THIS APPROPRIATION, THE
PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 27, §710E(A),
LIMITING THE STATE'S SHARE TO 75
PERCENT OF THE APPROVED CAPITAL
COSTS AND REQUIRING A LOCAL CONTRI-
BUTION FOR THE BALANCE OF THE CAPITAL
COSTS, ARE WAIVED. HOWEVER, THE
STATE'S SHARE SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN
75 PERCENT AND THE CENTER SHALL
COMPLY WITH ALL OTHER PROVISIONS
OF ARTICLE 27, §§706 THROUGH 710E.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
5 E 1 (a) (2), (3) , (4), (5) , (6), (8), and (9) of
Chapter 886 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1975, be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
