dentist licensed to practice in this State, or may refuse
to restore or reinstate any suspended license of any
dentist upon a finding by the Board that the dentist or
former licensee whose license was revoked or suspended:
(e) Is by reason of [insanity or contagious
disease] AN UNSOUND OR IMPAIRED MENTAL OR PHYSICAL
CONDITION, an improper person to continue in the practice
of dentistry;
(L) HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY OF CONTINUED
PROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENCE IN THE PRACTICE OF DENTISTRY;
(M) HAS HAD HIS OR HER LICENSE TO PRACTICE
DENTISTRY IN ANOTHER STATE REVOKED OR SUSPENDED;
32.
The Board shall have the power to suspend or revoke
or refuse to renew a license upon any one or more of the
following grounds:
(a) Gross immorality, or unprofessional conduct.
(b) Failure, neglect, or refusal to renew the
permit to practice annually or upon practice in an
undesignated location.
(c) Nonobservance or infraction of any provision
of this subtitle, or of any Board rule or regulation made
hereunder.
(d) [Gross inefficiency] CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL
INCOMPETENCE in the practice of dental hygiene.
(E) INCOMPETENCY TO CONTINUE IN THE PRACTICE OF
DENTAL HYGIENE BECAUSE OF AN UNSOUND OR IMPAIRED MENTAL
OR PHYSICAL CONDITION.
(F) REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF A LICENSE TO
PRACTICE DENTAL HYGIENE IN ANOTHER STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
