BECAUSE OF THE EXISTENCE OF A TRAFFIC VIOLATION OR
ACCIDENT MORE THAN THREE YEARS OLD ON THE DATE THE POLICY
OR RENEWAL IS EFFECTIVE; OR
(2) REFUSE TO UNDERWRITE ANY AUTOMOBILE
INSURANCE RISK BECAUSE OF A TRAFFIC VIOLATION OR ACCIDENT
MORE THAN FIVE YEARS OLD ON THE DATE OF APPLICATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

(Senate Bill 390)
AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County Municipalities —
Regulation of Signs and Fences
FOR the purpose of permitting municipal corporations in
Prince George's County to regulate signs within
their corporate limits; providing for an
amortization of existing signs; and permitting
municipal corporations in Prince George's County to
regulate certain fences erected on residential
property within the municipality.
FOR the purpose of granting municipal corporations in
Prince George's County authority to seek compliance
with Zoning Regulations for signs within their
corporate limits; and permitting municipal
corporations in Prince George's County to regulate
certain fences erected on residential property
within the municipality.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections Section 8-104(f) and (g) be
and they are it is hereby added to Article 66D -
Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning Commission of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) to read as follows:
