SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 8-106(a-5) of Article - Courts and
Judicial Proceedings, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
Article — Courts and Judicial Proceedings
8-106.
(a-5) Baltimore City-—$10 EXPENSE MONEY; no mileage
allowance, no overtime.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

CHAPTER 305
(Senate Bill 239)
AN ACT concerning
Attorneys - Discipline
FOR the purpose of repealing those provisions relating
generally to disciplining of attorneys; prohibiting
the practice of law by an attorney who is suspended,
on inactive status or disbarred; providing a penalty
therefor; providing a certain period to wind up the
affairs of his law practice; prohibiting certain
officials from acting as an agent for a lawyer in
solicitation of clients from place of criminal
punishment; and providing a penalty.
BY repealing
Article 10 — Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact
Sections 11, 12, 13, 13A, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26
