Preamble
WHEREAS, In the third sentence in §67 of Article 27,
as amended by Chapter 803, Acts of 1976, "human" should
be "humane".
Subsection (e) of §251 in Article 27, as amended by
Chapter 713, Acts of 1976, the reference to "(c)(4)"
should be " (c) (7) ".
Chapter 573, Acts of 1976, enacts a new §463 in
Article 27. Paragraph (2) in subsection (a) concludes
with a semicolon and "or" instead of concluding with a
period, although it apparently is the end of subsection
(a).
Paragraph (3) of subsection (a) in §464B of Article
27, enacted by Chapter 573, Acts of 1976, concludes with
the words "if four or more years older than the victim".
The word "if" should be "is".
Chapter 194 is a corrective bill which, among other
things, makes a correction in sub-subsection (5) of
subsection (a) of §639A in Article 27. Unfortunately,
the act contains a typographical error. In the second
sentence in the subsection, the act contains the words
"or modify and release". This should read "or modify any
release"; now, therefore,
