AN ACT concerning
Somerset County - Election Laws
FOR the purpose of repealing a certain provision relating
to the election laws in Somerset County that
conflicts with the provisions of Article 33 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.

Article 20 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 137 of the Public Local Laws of
Somerset County being Article 20 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as
amended) be and it is hereby repealed:
Article 20
[137.
The place of holding elections in said Asbury
district, or election district number twelve hereby
created, shall be at or near Oysterman's Hall, on the
county road near Asbury Church; and the place of holding
elections in Crisfield district, or election district
number seven, shall be on the main land within the limits
of the town of Crisfield.]
