AN ACT concerning
Queen Anne's County - Election Laws
FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions relating
to the election laws in Queen Anne's County that are
obsolete or conflict with the provisions of Article
33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
BY repealing
The Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County
Section 9-5, 9-8, and 9-11
Article 18 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 9-5, 9-8, and 9-11 of the Public
Local Laws of Queen Anne's County being Article 18 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1974 Edition, as amended)
be and they are hereby repealed.
Article 18
[9-5.
The Third Election District of Queen Anne's County
shall be divided into two precincts, Precinct No. 1 and
Precinct No. 2; the dividing line between the said
precincts shall be as follows: Beginning for the said
dividing line in the center of U.S. Route No. 213 where
the same is intersected by Granny Finley Branch on the
dividing line between the Second and Third Election
Districts and running from thence by and with the center
line of said U.S. Route No. 213 to the Town of
