AN ACT concerning
Allegany County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Election Day Sales)
FOR the purpose of permitting the sale and distribution
of alcoholic beverages on the day of any election in
Allegany County except in certain places; and
clarifying and restructuring language.
BY repealing
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
Section 88(c) through (i), inclusive

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 88(c) through (i), inclusive, of
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
be and they are hereby repealed:

[(c) In Washington County the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all of the privileges conferred by that
license on the day of any election in Washington County.
(d) In Baltimore County, the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all of the privileges conferred by that
license on the day of any election in Baltimore County.
(e) In Howard County, the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all the privileges conferred by that license
on the day of any election.
(f) The holder of any license issued under the
provisions of this article is permitted to exercise all
of the privileges conferred by the license on the day of
any election in Anne Arundel and Frederick counties.
(g) In Prince George's County, the holder of any
license issued under the provisions of this article is
