SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Preamble
WHEREAS, In the third sentence in subsection (b) of
§ 3-2A06, added in the Courts Article by Chapter 235,
Acts of 197 6, the comma following "initial pleading"
should be deleted.
In subsection (a) of § 3—2A08, added in the Courts
Article by Chapter 235, Acts of 1976, there are two
references to "§ 482B(c)". The reference was intended to
be to § 482A(c), which was added in Article 48A by the
same act, Chapter 235.
