SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
28(d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j), respectively, of
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
be and they are hereby renumbered to be Sections 28 (c),
(d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i), respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 645U(d) of Article 27 - Crimes and
Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

(d) In the event of any violation of trust or
conditions proscribed by the [County Commissioners]
