misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine of not
exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment
for not exceeding six months, or both, in the discretion
of the court and in addition thereto such unpaid tax
shall constitute a lien in favor of the State of Maryland
to the extent provided in § 322 of this subtitle
recoverable in the manner therein prescribed or in the
manner prescribed in §§ 206 to 211, inclusive, of this
article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 518(f) of Article 43 - Health, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article 43 - Health
518.
(f) The Board shall keep a record of its
proceedings [and shall make an annual report thereon to
the Secretary of Licensing and Regulation].
