included in the reserve fund as computed for the purposes
of this subsection. Each year, as of the days of
January 1, April 1, August 1, and October 1, the board
shall pay over to Wicomico County, Maryland, any amount
then in the reserve fund which is in excess of [$200,000]
$300,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

FOR the purpose of altering the date on which a term of
office for the Wicomico County Liquor Control Board
shall begin.

SECTION 1.. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 159(d)(4) of Article 2B
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it
is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
159.
(d) In computing the time at which appointments to
the several boards normally expire, and when new terms of
office begin, the following dates shall be used:
(4) Wicomico County — [June] JULY 1, [1935]
