LAWS OF MARYLAND
(c) ] The budget analysts shall be graduates of a
recognized school of business administration with at
least three years experience in personnel and other
subjects related to the operation of business
organizations. [He] THEY shall continuously study and
analyze all budget expenditures and make such
recommendations to provide a greater degree of efficiency
and economy in any State department or institution. The
Secretary may prescribe experience equivalents in lieu of
the educational requirements listed above. He may
prescribe such additional qualifications and duties as he
may deem necessary [for the above-named employees].
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

CHAPTER 225 (Senate Bill 1012) AN ACT concerning The Commission on Artistic Property —
Membership and Duties FOR the purpose of expanding the membership of the
Commission on Artistic Property; making provisions
for the qualifications of one of its members;
amending the laws concerning the duties of the
Commission and making provisions for providing
valuable paintings or other decorative arts for
display in or on certain State buildings or
premises; providing for the powers and duties of
certain State officials in relation to the functions
of the Commission; and generally amending the laws
concerning the Commission on Artistic Property. BY repealing Article 78A - Public Works Section 52 Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) BY adding to Article 78A - Public Works Section 52 Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
