SECTION 2 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
Section 2 of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 155(1) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
155.
(1) In Frederick County the license commissioner
shall receive a salary of [twenty-four hundred dollars
($2,400.00)] $3,600 per annum.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
