SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 88(j) be and it is hereby
added to Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
88.
(J) IN ST. MARY'S COUNTY, THE HOLDER OF ANY
LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE MAY
EXERCISE ALL OF THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED BY THAT LICENSE
ON THE DAY OF ANY ELECTION IN ST. MARY'S COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
