(3) EVERY VEHICLE SHALL BE LABELED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS REGULATIONS OF
THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. (H) THE COMPTROLLER MAY CANCEL, SUSPEND, OR REVOKE
THE REGISTRATION OF A PETROLEUM TRANSPORTER, OR ANY
REGISTRATION OR IDENTIFICATION MARKER GRANTED TO A
PETROLEUM TRANSPORTER FOR A CONVEYANCE, FOR FAILURE TO
FILE A REPORT REQUIRED BY SUBSECTION (E) OR FOR THE
FILING OF FALSE INFORMATION IN ANY SUCH REPORT. THE
PETROLEUM TRANSPORTER SHALL BE GIVEN NOTICE AND AN
OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. (I) ANY PERSON VIOLATING ANY PROVISION OF THIS
SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION IS
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 FOR EACH VIOLATION
OR IMPRISONMENT FOR SIX MONTHS OR BOTH. (J)         THE COMPTROLLER MAY PROMULGATE SUCH RULES AND REGULATIONS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT AND ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved April 29, 1977. CHAPTER 177 (Senate Bill 319) AN ACT concerning Deep Mine Operator's License FOR the purpose of requiring certain persons to obtain a
deep mine operator's license; specifying the
procedures and requirements for licensure and
license renewal; prohibiting licensure under certain
conditions; and generally relating to licenses to
operate deep mines. BY adding to Article — Natural Resources
Section 7-5A04.1
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 7-5A04.1 be and it is hereby
added to Article — Natural Resources, of the Annotated
