(VIII) THE REPAIR BILLS THAT WILL BE
INCURRED TO RESTORE THE INSURED CAR AND ANY VEHICLE OR
PROPERTY NEGLIGENTLY DAMAGED BY THE VEHICLE, PLUS ALL OF
THE "PAIN AND SUFFERING" THAT MAY BE AWARDED TO PERSONS
INJURED BY THE INSURED VEHICLE.
Any insurer providing a private passenger automobile
insurance policy shall provide the policyholder at the
time of issuance or renewal with a statement defining his
rate classifications. The statement shall be
sufficiently clear and specific so that a person of
average intelligence can identify the classifications
without making further inquiry.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 21-1003 (d) of Article -
Transportation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As
enacted by Chapter_____of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1977) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article — Transportation
21-1003.
(d) A person may not park a vehicle, whether or
not it is occupied, other than temporarily for the
purpose of and while actually engaged in loading or
