SECTION 11 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
following appropriations or so much thereof as are
hereinafter listed in this Section 11, are expressly
contingent upon the enactment of legislation in the 1977
regular session of the General Assembly providing that the
State's share of Lottery Revenues collected in FY 1978 shall
be placed in the General Fund for FY 1978; and, if such
legislation is not so enacted, said appropriations, or the
parts thereof hereinafter listed in this Section 11 as being
contingent upon such legislation shall be void. The
provisions of this Section 11 are confirmatory of the
contingency conditions attached to each such appropriation
as it appears in this Budget Bill, and are for the purpose
of summarizing those appropriations and parts of
appropriations that are contingent upon the enactment of the
aforementioned legislation.
