36.12.00.02 Aid to Community Colleges
General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $5,600,000 of
the appropriation is contingent
upon the passage of legislation
authorizing the State to in-
crease its contribution to
eligible community colleges.
And this amount also is con-
tingent upon enactment of
legislation in the 1977 regular
session of the General Assembly
which provides that the State's
share of the Lottery revenues
collected in Fiscal Year 1978
shall be placed in the General
Fund for Fiscal Year 1978, and
if such legislation is not so
enacted said contingent part of
this general fund appropriation
shall be void, and the appropri-
ation shall be automatically
reduced by the amount of said
contingent part thereof.........
