36.01.03.02 Blind Industries and Services of Maryland
Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department on transmittal from
the State Department of Education, in
accordance with regulations prescribed
by said State Department of Education.
Any part of this appropriation, by
consent of both parties, the State Board
of Education and Blind Industries of Mary-
land, may be used for matching purposes
in the event Federal Funds are available.
Provided, however, that not exceeding the
total amount budgeted, the Board of Public
Works shall have the authority to change
the method of payment and amount of pay-
ment at its discretion. That no part of
the appropriation disbursed to the Blind
Industries and Services of Maryland by
the Treasury Department may be expended
unless and until a detailed budget allo-
cation schedule is approved by the Board
of Public Works.
