AN ACT concerning
Foreign Discriminatory Boycott Act - Recodification
FOR the purpose of recodifying the provisions of the
Foreign Discriminatory Boycott Act in the Commercial
Law Article; and changing certain internal
cross—references in those provisions to conform with
this recodification.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Sections 11-2A09(a) and (b), 11-2A11, and 11-2A12
annotated Code of Maryland
(1975 Volume and 1976 Supplement)
BY renumbering

Sections 11-2A01 through 11—2A15, inclusive
to be Subtitle 1. "Foreign Discriminatory Boycott
Act" and Sections 11-101 through 11-115,
inclusive

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 11-2A09 (a) and (b), 11-2A11, and
11—2A12 of article — Commercial Law, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and
they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
Article — Commercial Law
Subtitle [2A] 1. Foreign Discriminatory Boycotts
11-2A09.
(a) (1) The Attorney General shall institute
proceedings in equity to prevent or restrain violations
of section [11—2A03] 11—103 and may require assistance
from any State's attorney for that purpose.
