General Fund Appropriation
Of this amount, $200,439 is con-
tingent upon enactment of legisla-
tion in the 1977 regular session of
the General Assembly which provides
that the State's share of the Lottery
Revenues collected in Fiscal Year
1978 shall be placed in the General
Fund for Fiscal Year 1978, and if such
legislation is not so enacted said
contingent part of this general fund
appropriation shall be void, and the
appropriation shall be automaticaly
automatically reduced by the amount
of said contingent part
