BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS - CAPITAL APPROPRIATION
23.05.02.01 Capital Appropriation
To the Board of Public Works, to
be used for certain necessary
planning, building, construction,
deferred maintenance and equip-
ment purposes of the State and
for acquiring certain land as
listed in the Program and Perform-
ance statement for this appropria-
tion as set forth on pages I-95
through I—100 of Volume I of the
Maryland State Budget for the
Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1978
submitted to the General Assembly
by the Governor. The expenditures
of these funds are to be made
under the same legal provisions
as are applicable to General
Construction Loan Funds for like
purposes.
General Fund Appropriation
contingent upon enactment of
legislation in the 1977 regular
session of the General Assembly
which provides that the State's
share of Lottery Revenue collect-
ed in Fiscal Year 1978 shall be
placed in the General Fund for
Fiscal Year 1978, and if such
legislation is not so enacted,
this general fund appropriation
shall be void.
1. The appropriation for
planning and preparation
of detailed plans and
specifications for con-
struction of the Leonard-
town State Police Post is
made provided that the ap-
proval of expenditures pur-
suant to this appropriation
shall be authorized and dis-
bursed only upon and after
acceptance and approval by
the Department of State
